Join Cliff Cagle to obtain the benefit of over 40 years of experience doing business contracting with the United States Government (USG). In an enlightening presentation covering a general understanding of the subject, how to get started, examples of successful practice, and a comprehensive list of further references and resource you will gain valuable practical insights. Cliff will focus on some specific areas including Federal Acquisition Regulation, Small Business Administration, Socio-Economic Programs, General Services Administration and will compare and contrast commercial versus USG contracting.


Cliff is currently Chief Executive Officer of CLHG, an international commercial and technical services company, which he founded in December 2014. After a successful 20-year career in the United States Navy he has built a wealth of experience since 1995, working in a variety of roles of increasing responsibility in the aviation and aerospace industry. This included time with Lockheed Martin, Northrop Grumman, Dynacs, American Valley Aviation and DynCorp International. Cliff is a Bachelor of Industrial Engineering from GIT, an MSC in Operations Research from the US Naval Postgraduate School and an MBA from the University of North Florida.
